Delivery Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Regions:
We ship to Europe and North America.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping to Europe typically takes 7-15 business days, while to North America it takes 10-20 business days. Expedited Shipping to Europe takes 3-7 business days, and to North America, it takes 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please refer to our website for the current free shipping threshold.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on our website or the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. EyesBlurry has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Delivery Issues:
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at support@eyesblurry.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. EyesBlurry is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

 

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility:
You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Certain items, such as branded perfumes, lingerie, and hair wigs, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@eyesblurry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, EyesBlurry will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and place a new order for the desired item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return and the new order.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: branded perfumes, lingerie, and hair wigs.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@eyesblurry.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
